What data we process
- From the booking form: first name, last name, phone, email, the model you chose and your company name, if you fill it in.
- Together with the form: the page language, the address of the page you sent the form from, and where your visit came from – the partner or ad tag in the link (ref and utm parameters) and the domain of the website that sent you to us.
- Only with your consent: data from analytics and marketing cookies (details below).
Giving us your details in the form is voluntary, but we can’t handle your booking without them.
Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your booking: we call you and arrange the rental and the pick-up of your bike. The legal basis is your request to enter into a contract and the consent you give when sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Finding out where the booking came from (an ad, a partner, another website), so we know which ads work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Measuring website traffic (Google Analytics) and ad results (Meta Pixel) – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not make automated decisions or profile you in a way that has legal effects on you.
How long we keep your data
- We keep the form data for as long as we need to handle your booking, and no longer than 12 months after you send it.
- If we sign a rental contract, we keep your data for the duration of the contract and after that only to the extent and for as long as the law requires (for example accounting and tax rules).
- Your browser remembers your cookie choice for 12 months; after that we ask again.
- Google Analytics and Google ad cookies last up to 13 months, Meta Pixel cookies 3 months.
- Google Analytics keeps visit data for no longer than 14 months; after that it is deleted automatically.
Who else receives your data
We do not sell your data. Only these processors work with it:
- Web3Forms – the service that delivers the form to our mailbox by email.
- The provider of our mailbox, where the bookings arrive.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) – only if you message us on WhatsApp.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) – website hosting; it processes technical data such as your IP address on every visit.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Limited) – only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta (Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) – only if you accept marketing cookies.
Some of these processors may also process data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

We always store technically necessary data; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
